When I open playlist Radio with landscape mode, play button inaccessible.

Make sure to perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your Huawei device since this will remove any corrupted files and cache issues that might be preventing the app to run properly. Here you can find the steps on how to do this.

If you see no change after this, try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings on your device. Alternatively, you can try authorizing Spotify to run without restrictions despite the mentioned settings being enabled.

AdGuard was turned off before launch.
Power safe mode disabled.

Nothing changed.
And I don't think this options can have any effect on the layout.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. 

Another thing you can try is restarting your Internet connection device (modem or router). Such issues can also be caused by connection dips. 

If it doesn't help, check if you observe the same under a different network. If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information. For example, some shared or public networks (e.g. schools/work/office) might restrict access to certain services, which would explain what happened here.
