Playback slow on my samsung mobile

Hi. Streamed and downloaded songs playback really slowly like speed has been slowed down. Tried restarting phone....re installing .. clearing cache... and installed on another phone with my account and worked fine. Tried another free account on my phone and same problem. So narrowed to my device. The account worked fine before but replacement same phone seems to have issues. Phone up to date but run out of options .... please anyone help
