Playing songs offline

Hello. My spotify was working fine until one day, i cannot seem to click the "available offline" button. I cannot download any songs for me to be able to listen to it offline. Whenever I click the "available offline" button, it does not work. It just keeps on returning to the black side, which is supposed to be green when you save it for offline use. Please help. I have spotify premium so i really wanna get this fixed. 🙂

Have you at least 1GB of free storage space on your phone left?

Have you already downloaded playlists? Because there is a limit of 3333 offline tracks per device. (10.000 in general, 3 devices allowed, so 3k /device)

Hello carina! Thanks for the reply! Yes i have at least 1gb storage right now. The number of songs saved is close to just 150. 🙂

It may be that the cache folder had somehow become corrupted. Can you try a clean install following the guide linked to on my signature? This normally resolves this type of issue.
