Playing the downloaded version of a song, even when in Online mode

Hi all.

I'd like to know how Spotify play a downloaded song.

I mean, it seems that even when a song has been downloaded, and I'm in Online mode, Spotify tries to stream it from the network, as well.

So it happens that the song interrupts when the signal is low...

I expected that when a song is downloaded, Spotify would play always the local one, giving it a sort of priority.

Anybody can help in understand why it is so?

Hey @gvespucci, welcome to the community!

Right now, to make sure the app plays only the downloaded version of the songs you'll need to activate Offline Mode.

This way, the app will only play your downloaded songs and playlists, even if your data is on.
