Playlist filter and sort

My Question or Issue

With a recent update to the app, the filter and sort feature is now hidden behind two menus and is listed further down the list. Earlier versions gave you the feature as soon as you scrolled the list down the screen. 

I think the menu option is good but I think the filter and sort control should be at the very top of the screen onon that list. See attached screenshot.
