Playlist > sort by "recently added" not working properly

My Question or Issue

When sorting through my playlist, I notice that several that I have saved on my desktop application are not there on my mobile application.  While on the mobile app, I try to sort through the playlist in My Library and filtering using "Recently added" the list seems to be backwards (meaning that the playlists presented are not recently added, but from a few years ago).   When I scroll to the end (what I would think would be the Recently Added) the playlists I have recently added are not in place
