My Question or Issue

 I am  premium user playng through a Sonos Connect and controlling it with a Google Pixel, a Samsung tablet, and an Amazon Alexa by voice.  When I shuffle a playlist it seems to shuffle from only part of the playlist and not the entire playlist.  I am typically logged in on my pad and phone to control it.  I know this has been an ongoing issue for years.  Has there been a solution?

As you said this is a known issue which is under investigation by the technical team. You can keep track of it here and vote for it so it catches more attention. I hope this gets fixed soon!
