I use the free version.when i start a playlist then it just repeat one song non-stop. How can this be fixed?

That's weird... repeat one is a premium only feature.

Try reinstalling the Spotify app

im sorry that you have issues with spotify. Anyway.. this is a really strange issue. Have you already tried a clean reinstallation?
