Playlists not showing on galaxy 3 watch

Galaxy watch 3/ galaxy s20 ultra

My Question or Issue

When opening app on my watch only a small number of my playlists are shown.

Even deleting/ reinstalling does not work, it is always the same playlists shown and oy a small percentage , any ideas how /why this is please

Would you mind letting us know if you're able to find these playlists when you search them in the app?

You could also try reinstalling the Spotify app on your phone following these steps to see if you notice anything new.
