[Podcast] can't change the speed of podcast playing of different device

Recreation steps

1. Open podcast on device 1 (tested on PC)

2. Open spotify (same user) on device 2 (tested on Android)

3. While podcast plays on devi e 1, change speed on device 2

Expected Result

Playback speed changes on device 1

Actual Result

Playback speed remains the same, but UI on device 2 shows new speed

Additional Info

Seeking and skipping (+/-15sec) on device 2 DOES affect device 1
