Premium status not recocnised on my android phone

The Spotify App on my Android phone doesn't recognise my premium subscription. Just offer Free trail or subscription?

Have you tried to delete Spotify from your phone and install it again?

It's possible that your logged in on a separate Free account.

I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check their system if you have any other account, and so they can help you access your Premium.

You may also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
