Premium subscriber but can only shuffle play on my mobile

Hello,

I am a premium subscriber but have the problem that my android mobile device will only let me shuffle play. It doesn't play adverts, as expected, its just the shuffle feature. It's been like this for the last 10 weeks now.  How can I get my mobile to play an album or playlist in the correct order please?

I should add that I have gone into the 'Now Playing' screen and 'shuffle' is shown as off. I can toggle that icon but it makes no difference, tracks are always played shuffled.

So if you tap on any track in a playlist/Album it won;t play... the only way you can play any songs is via the 'Shuffle Play' button?

have you tried logging out and back in again?
