Premium works on desktop but not on mobile

Premium works on desktop but not on mobile

Premium works on my desktop but when I login to my account on mobile it's not the premium version. I've tried reinstalling the program.

Hey 🙂

 

Sometimes it can take a while for your subscription to appear on all devices, try logging out restarting your phone and then logging in again. Also make sure you've u are using the correct login details.

Yeah, mine's kind of doing the same thing, I have wifi in my house but the songs that I don't have downloaded to my phone won't play and I don't know what's going on.

I pay for premium but every time I log in it says I am not a premium user. I have tried reinstalling but it didn't work. Can anyone help?

Are you sure you are logging in using the correct details? 

You can view your current account subscription from your online overview to make sure you are logging into the correct account.
