Jag köpte ett premiumkort i en butik, men när jag skrev in koden sa det till mig att den här koden inte fungerar

We'd recommend to check the code’s characters and try different combinations after 24 hours again. Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like a lowercase L. It's best if you use an incognito window or a different device.

 

In case you're still experiencing issues, feel free to contact our Customer Support via one of the channels here, as they can take a closer look into the matter and do their best to help you redeem the gift card.
