For more than two weeks I am not able to download or listen any podcasts. There is no problem with Streaming or downloading Music. I even changed my phone (Huawei to Samsung A21), but the problem is still remaining.

It's a good idea to give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. This one is more thorough than the usual one.
If the issue persist, we'd suggest you try with another account on the same device. Are there any changes?
