Problema con reconocimiento de spotify

Buenas, me gustaría saber si alguno tiene alguna para mi solucion: resulta que tengo la tablet jazztel tab 10.1 que sino me equivoco es del fabricante i-Joy y resulta que descaro spotify y lo detecta como si fuese un telefono normal y corriente. Gracias.

Some lesser known tablets aren't detected properly by the Spotify app. I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
