Problemas modo offline

Estou com problemas para reproduzir minha músicas offline no meu android. Eu tenho elas baixadas, a seta fica verde, porém tem muitas músicas que simplesmente não tocam, estou a alguns dias já com esse problema, tentei arrumar com ajuda do suporte pelo facebook mas não resolveu. Já experimentei limpar o cache, excluir dispositivos offline, e também a salvar as músicas na memória interna do celular mas não resolve. Tenho 2.1 gb de memória interna livre, 3.5 gb de memória externa livre, utilizo Samsumg galaxy J1 modelo 2016, Android na versão 5.1.1. Poderiam me ajudar a solucinar esse problema ?

I'm having trouble playing my songs offline on my android. Você tentou fazer uma reinstalação limpa? Se não o fez, siga estes passos estritamente: Reinstalar o Spotify.
