Problems with download

I have a problem to listen to "MY MUSIC" offline, because it usually downloads, but when it finishes, the 563 song! Download, it simply "deletes" from the SD. I do not have this problem in my other playlists.

Thanks for getting in touch with the Spotify Community. We'd like to help.

Can you let us know what Spotify and Android version you're rocking? Also, did this start happening after a recent update? 

In the meantime, please make sure your SD card have at least 1GB of free space. 

If that doesn't work, follow these steps: 

1. Remove the SD card.
2. Reinstall the app. Here's how. 
3. Re-insert the SD card.
