Radio refuses to work

Hi there, I am currently running the latest version of the spotify android app(0.5.12.52) on my HTC DNA. I am a premium user, and I don't use the radio feature all too often, because it sucks up data like no other, but when I do, I would prefer if it worked. Regardless of whether I am on WiFi or 4G, the radio refuses to work. I simply get the "loading station" icon, with the spinning wheel, without it ever actually loading a station.

As of right now I have cleared the cache/data, removed the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app, still to no avail. Any help on how to solve this issue would be much appreciated.
