Ringtone sound issue with Spotify

My Question or Issue

When I`m listening to Spotify through any Bluetooth connection (headsets (Sony WH-CH510), car infotainment system, or others - doesn't matter) and incoming call arrives, my phone`s ringtone sounds messy - slow and stuttering (sample is attached). Nothing like this happens when I use other streaming apps. I've tried reinstall the Spotify app, clearing cache, etc. - nothing helps.

I`ll be grateful for any suggestions.

Further investigation shows that neither changing settings in the Spotify app nor which ringtone is used (standard or custom) doesn't fix the issue.

Moreover I clarified that the problem is present even when I'm playing music in Spotify web-player.

I don't think the problem lies with Spotify. This is a problem with either the internet connection or the bluetooth connection
