For the past 3 days I have been unable to access the "Running" feature to listen to music set to a certain tempo. When I select "Running" under genre and moods on my android phone, after a very short loading circle, an error displays of "Sorry, something went wrong." This is happening on wireless internet connection and a 4g data connection.
This issue is happening 100% of the time I try to open "Running"
I have re-downloaded Spotify, restarted my phone, did a fresh login (with facebook) none of which changed the issue at all.
I am trying this on a Motorola Droid Ultra version 4.4.4
I am a premium user, running Spotify 4.8.0.1004
The "Running" feature I would say is at least 70% of why I use Spotify, please help me with this issue.
K, seems that hasn't worked. Can you try a completely clean install; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders and a REBOOT!

When you re-install use the file I sent you rather than the one from the Play Store
If it's still not working we may need to get your account checked by one of the community mods
