Hey!
I have CAT B15Q phone. I have installed a SD card in it, but Spotify cannot find it.
I know that there is another thread about this, but it does not matter if i reinstall the app - it still cant find the SD card to store my music. Instead it is downloading to the phones own memory, and i dont want it there.
What should i do? Every time when i installed the app, it tells me that it cant find the SD card to store the music.
Do other apps detect your SD card such as a file manager? I'm wondering if in fact the SD card needs formatting before it can be detected by the phone.
All other apps, such the file manager can find the SD card, and use the files on it.
I see another user using the same phone had the same issue (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Android/quot-No-SD-card-found-quot-on-Cat-B15Q/td-p/862073)... I would suggest this is something CAT have done with the phone software as opposed to an issue with the Spotify app.
Maybe try CAT support as I do believe their software is the root cause of this.
I just replied to the other post menitioning the same issue with a workaround that worked on by B15Q:
Best regards
