Samsung Gear 3 doesn't play Spotify sound anymore

My Question or Issue

 The first time i used my Gear S3 i was able to play Spotify music aloud from it, however now for some reason when i open the app all it does it play the music from my Samsung Galaxy S8.

I'm unable to play music aloud from the watch now and i liked this feature especially for walking around the house or working out

You can set where you want to play music from in the spotify app on your watch. You need to swipe the screen and select the watch icon. Should be OK then.

Hey Joe,  what screen do you need to be on to see the option you refer to where you can choose the watch? I feel like I've been in and out of every setting

On my Gear S2 in spotify settings, the first item is "Playback". Tapping that let's me choose between streaming and remote.
