Samsung s5 and Spotify fail

Hi
I have a samsung s5 and spotify has stopped working on it. I have cruised the forum and tried the following with no success:
Uninstall and then reinstall
Uninstall, remove sd card and then reinstall
Uninstall, browse file folders and delete and reinstall
New account

All of these have failed. Spotify will play one song and then say song not available or I am offline which I'm not.

Can you please help?

When you did the clean installdid you check for cache folders and make sure to do a reboot? Try following the steps in the guide below:
