Several issues with playback

In the last couple months I have started to have playback issues to the point I can't even really use Spotify. 

The first is that sometimes while playing an artist radio, it will finish a song and then not continue. It will show that it is still playing, but the play bar at the bottom will be missing. If i got to the artist and hit pause/play nothing happens. I have to start playing another artist to get it to respond. 

The second issue is that within the last 2 months  I have been having slow/stuttering playback about every 15 minutes  The stutter lasts for up to 30 seconds.

Specs:

Android 8 oreo, though happened before upgrade

Samsung galaxy s8+

I have tried clearing cache, data and Uninstalled.

Could you let us what Spotify version you're using? Also, we'd recommend giving it a go from another device and let us know how it goes.
