Shuffle play in Premium account

Shuffle play in Premium account

Hello I have noticed that despite having active my Premium account, the shuffle play is always active ( ramdomly the are played) and there is no way to play my songs in order .
My Spotify software is up to date on my Android.

Hey there! 

 

Is your account showing premium in the sidebar? I recommend logging out and back in and trying a clean reinstall. That should solve this for you.

I have the same issue.
Tried Clean Install (1. Uninstalled, 2. Shut Down for several minute, 3. Re-install) - didn't help.
Still everything shows "Shuffle Play"...

We appreciate the troubleshooting you've done so far with performing a clean reinstall of the app! Could you also take a look at this Spotify Answer? There we've gathered the most common causes for not seeing you're Premium features as well as possible solutions.

If that doesn't fix things, you can post screenshots of your account overview page and how the app is displayed on your device. You can attach it to your post via the Insert Photo option, just be sure there's no private/sensitive information visible.
