• I have an issue on Spotify 1 and a half year now. On my old phone it was keeping telling me "you are out of connection" and I couldn't do anything except listening the downloaded songs. When I changed phone this kept happening so I decided to reinstall spotify. After reinstalling for 3 days now I can't sing in neither with Facebook nor with my email and password. What can I do?

Just to confirm, did you perform a regular reinstall or a clean one? Most common issues can really be fixed with a quick reinstall of the app. In some situations however, a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app might be needed. This way you can start afresh with Spotify on your phone.
