Signed Up for 30 Day Premium Trial, But My Phone isnt Recognizing

HI!

 

I Signed Up for 30 Day Premium Trial, But My Phone isnt Recognizing it ans is still saying I need Premium Service to access Playlists/ 6+ Skips on Radio. Anyone ever had that happen? Is it a timing issue--I just signed up 3 minutes ago. BTW, I stopped the app & signed out & signed back in, still nothing. Any suggestions?

Thanks hammeh! I didnt see that post, but it was helpful. I cant do a clean reinstal right now, because Im not in a wifi area, but I will if the porblem persists until I get home. 😄

 

BTW, in case anyone has the same issue, here is the earlier response:

 

Hi everyone - A few of you are posting about upgrading and not instantly receiving Premium.

 

Sometimes our servers are slowed down by multiple upgrades at once. It's not something to worry about. There are a couple of steps to take if you've just upgraded:

 

1. Check your subscription page. Be sure your status says 'You have an active Spotify Premium subscription'.

 

2. If you're on Premium, do a quick sign out/ sign in.

 

3. As a last step, do a clean reinstallation. Your account will show as Premium on all devices shortly.

 

If you're still having trouble after a bit give us a shout right here.
