Social setting to not publish any activity on Spotify

My Question or Issue

 I don't see any option under Social on the Android app to completely stop publishing all activity on Spotify.

According to this help article from Spotify, there is a way to do this INSTEAD of remembering to make each session private.

Why am I not seeing this optiion in the Android app or the web browser and how can I stop publishing my activity on Spotify as a default?
