Some songs download the rest say loading

The songs that are all showing loading on my Samsung Galaxy SIII are from my iTunes library and since then I've had to get another computer.  In the meantime iTunes lost my playlists or something because they are gone except for a few. So how do I get these songs to download?  I tried deleting the cache solution with no luck.  Any ideas??  I am super bummed!  Thanks!!! -jen

Same here & as I know my fibre connection is OK & as the issues exists on desk PC/android/apple mobiles I assume it's Spotify?

@jmhutton - If those songs where added as local files from your computer, you need to sync them over from your desktop Spotify by following the steps here (so you will need the original track files on your computer).

Hello the problem disappeared around an hour after I posted, I was on the phone to a friend who also had the same problems as I early this morning, BTW it was streaming as I don't have files for offline on this PC - All OK now.
