My Question or Issue
I let my premium subscription lapse for a few months and since I've gone back to it, some songs won't play on both my phone and my laptop. I have tried clean installation etc but nothing works. These songs played when I had non-premium so I don't understand why they won't play now that I'm subscribing again! There doesn't seem to be a pattern as to which songs won't play - it's a mix of new and old songs. They're not greyed out so I know they're available - they just won't play for me...would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
