My Question or Issue

Die App spielt nichts mehr ab. Über den Computer oder die sonos-app ist es kein Problem. Wenn man auf den Play Button klickt dann  springt es auf Pause aber weder die Zeit als der Song laufen los.

Ich habe die App bereits neu installiert und aktualisiert aber das hat nichts verändert. 

Hat jemand noch eine Idee

In case reinstalling and updating the Spotify app didn’t do the trick for you we recommend trying a clean reinstall as well. This step is more thorough than a regular reinstall and will remove any corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing what you experience. 

 

If it persists after the clean reinstall, check for any power saving or data cleaning settings running active on your mobile device. Make sure you disable these since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.
