Songs appear as loading and don't sync

After trying to sync some new local files to my device that were added to my playlist yesterday all of the local files that I have added over the past 2 months only appear as loading on my mobile device and won't sync.

Hi. If your mobile is in offline mode, could you try putting it in online mode for a minute to see if it fixes things. If that doesn't help, please provide the information detailed under "template" in this post. Don't do any of the troubleshooting steps just yet as you will lose all your downloaded music for sure.

local files that were previously syncing correcting are now showed as Loading and won't sycn

 

What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?

1. Opened the app

2. selected my synced playlist

3. songs appear as loading and are greyed out

My local files are synced correctly like they were the last time I ran the app
