Songs aren't shown first by default in search anymore

My Question or Issue

Hi everyone! I never have spotify problems but now I have one. I was making a playlist and as usual when using spotify I search for a song and a list of songs appear. Now when I search podcasts and profiles and playlists appear instead? I have to scroll all the way down and search by song instead. I've never had this problem before and I can't find anything about it online. I've reinstalled the app twice, and cleared out the cache. I'm not sure what the problem is. Please help! Thanks

Can you let us know if you've reinstalled the app, like it's described in this article? Also have you tried using a different network or the account of a friend, to see if you get the same results when searching?
