Songs keep randomly skipping for no reason and music stops, I've restarted

Anytime I want to listen to my playlist the music will randomly stop and then skip loads of songs

Spotify app version
Is this happening on the web player and which browser
Are you using a school/ work computer?
Are you using a VPN
