Songs not adding to liked from radio or the playlist I have selected

I have noticed recently that occasionally Spotify isn't adding songs to playlists from Radio.

I was so disappointed when this happened last night, because I heard a song by chance that I absolutely loved, did the above things and now I can't find it or remember the name of it.

Has anyone else had this problem on Android? Has the song turned up anywhere else?
