Songs not starting after changing storage to SD card

My Question or Issue

I changed my storage from phone memory to SD card. The app that it would transfer my data in the background and that the app would restart when it was complete. The app then restarted and the storage setting had changed, unfortunately none of my songs had been moved and all of my downloads needed to be downloaded again (almost 20GB worth of songs). In addition I am no longer able to play songs from the app, any song refuses to start.

I can still use the app on my PC and control the PC app from my phone. 

Very disappointed.

Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear about this. 

In this case we suggest that you  uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app.
