Songs saved for offline play aren't available offline

As the topic says, I have a bunch of music saved for offline play, however, I often notice that they're not. I frequently get up in the morning and notice before I go to work that Spotify is downloading hundreds of songs, and they're all songs that I supposedly saved for offline play. I tested if it was a display problem or a functional problem by shutting off the data on my phone and attempting to play them, and the error displays "sorry that song is unavailable". So essentially, songs that I've previously saved for offline play randomly aren't playable offline until Spotify downloads them again. I've been through the complete nightmare of dealing with support@spotify.com and I would honestly rather cut my own foot off than attempting to contact those useless idiots again. Has anybody else had this problem with their own account? If so is there a solution that you can share? Please help! Thank you!
