Songs undownload constantly,now spotify wont connect to Bluetooth

Im a premium user I'm actually paying for this why I do not know,I'm constantly having to re download all of my songs, every.....single....one !!!,at least once a week, then many songs stop in the middle where there is a gap that won't play ,now it won't even connect to Bluetooth,every other day there is some issue. So I have to wait to find wifi once again to download my 100's of songs all over for the fourth time . How is it this site has been around for years,and I'm reading posts from as far back as 2012 that are having the same issues as people now ,does spotify just not care enough to fix them. If I can't get this working by tomorrow I'm canceling,it's really just not worth the frustration.
