Songs won't download from my local files folder.

Within the last few days, whenever I add a song from my local files folder into a playlist and try to download it, it simply won't download!

It happens on both my desktop and my laptop.  And when I check the download box, then uncheck it sometimes the songs from my local files tab disappear but they're still in the local files folder.

That's literally my problem, and so because of this I can't listen to any of my precious songs on my phone!

Please, someone help me!
