Spotify Apps won't stream

 My Spotify won't play anything online but it can play downloaded songs just fine. Online songs won't play in both my phone and my PC, but somehow the Spotify web player can stream online songs just fine. So my guess would be that the Spotify app itself would be the source of the problem, but I don't know how to fix it. Please help me. 😧

Thanks for reaching out to us about this.

Are you trying to stream music on those devices from the same network? If so, could you try a different network on each of those devices and let us know if there's any change?

I tried streaming it on another network but it still didn't work. It seemed my account can't stream.

Anyway, it's working now. I don't know what happened, but the day after the problem popped up it went back to normal.
