Spotify Offline on "Format as Internal" SD card

Hello everyone,

I know, there were many of such topics already, but I could not find a decent solution.

I have Xiaomi Redmi 3s with 8.1.0 android version.

I activated "Developer Options" and set "Force allow apps on external".

I formatted SD card as Internal and moved the app to SD card by following "Apps-->Storage-->Change-->SD Card".

When I log in into Spotify account and go to settings, I do not have an ability to change where to save my cache, so I believe it should set on SD card automatically.

When I download songs/playlists and then close the app or reload my phone, I have to re-login and re-download my songs.

What can I do to fix it?

I want to be able to move my other apps to SD card, that's why I formatted it as internal.

I do have root.
