Spotify PC doesn't show my Liked Songs despite clear installs and cache clears.

My Question or Issue

As the title suggests, Spotify PC doesn't show my Liked Songs despite clear installs and cache clears. I've tried a bunch of things and none of it worked. Spotify app works fine on my Android phone and I have over 600 songs liked and downloaded to my phone but I can't see any of them on my pc. I click the liked songs playlist and it doesn't show anything except a prompt saying "Your liked songs will appear here".

Also I couldn't unlink my facebook from my account. 

What do I do?
