Spotify Removes my downloaded Playlists

Hey ive had a Motorola Razr and now switched to a Samsung Galaxy S4 i also synchronized my playlists on my computer..
now i cant synchronize my playlists with my s4, when i do it sometimes crashes and says "You synchronized offline with more than 3 devices" I uninstalled Spotify from my Razr but the problem still exists. What do i have to do?

It should still work but it won't hurt to ask to have all your devices reset in this thread. If you have problems after that, please shout.
