Spotify Samsung IconX and Garmin sport watch

My Question or Issue

Is it possible to download offline music to Samsung IconX earbuds and/or any of Garmin sports watches? I run a lot and carry smartphone is not something I need.

I saw similar subjects, but closed now with no updates since.
