Spotify Schließt sich zufällig Automatisch beim Musik hören

Ich habe seit Monaten das Problem dass sich Spotify bei mir immer zufällig schließt beim Musik hören.
Ich habe bereits die Tipps befolgt die bei https://support.spotify.com/de/article/reinstall-spotify/ schon beschrieben ist, aber es ist weiterhin leider der fall.

Gibt es eine weitere möglichkeit das zu beheben?

First, go to your device's settings and make sure any battery or memory optimization is disabled. If everything looks good there, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the Spotify app by following these steps. This is a more thorough process and it might help.

If the issue persists, you can try logging in with another account to check if the app closes as well. It can be a relative or friend's account. You can ask them to log in on your device just to check. 

Lastly, do you notice if it happens at a specific moment or does it happen randomly and everytime you use Spotify?
