My Question or Issue

Yeasterday I Downloaded the spotify app on my watch and was using the remote mode with no issues when i put my watch on this morning all of asudden it would not connect to my phone. after some fiddling ive got it to start to try to connect to spotify but the best I can get is the loading wheel then it telling me to open the app on my phone (it is open) some how though my phone can reconise the watch an even stream to it still. Ive tried g i just want to be able to control spotify from the app on my watch plz help
