Spotify Won't Play My Songs No Matter What I Do

I have this problem for months. When online, most of my songs (about %90) stop playing after 6-7 seconds. When i change the song and then go back, this time it doesnt start at all. I delete the song and redownload it and the problem is solved -for a while. Also in the offline mode almost none of my songs are playing. I'm sure that they are downloaded 'cuz they have that green sign. I cleared the cache it did nothing. I deleted the app and redownload all of my songs, it did nothing. It's so frustrating and i'm about to cancel my premium subscription. My phone is Samsung S8, latest update. I also had this problem with my iPhone 5 few months ago. Any suggestions?
