Spotify app gets stuck immediately after opening.

My Question or Issue

Immediately after opening, the Android app gets stuck. Sometimes music is still played via Bluetooth (in the car) although the app cannot be controlled. The issue occurs for 1-2 weeks, before that it worked without problems.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

Hello,

the problem might have been due to a corrupted cache according to Spotify support. After the clean install, everything works again.
