Spotify charged me 3 times for the premium trail

I saw the $0.99 for 3 months offer,so I paid for my account, but it didn't change to premiums, so I tried two more times,still no good. When I check my bank balance, it shows I've been charged 3 times, please help

This happened to me too! And the customer service is absolute **bleep**. In the end they credited me until October. So random. They are absolutely awful though. This whole process took an entire week to sort out, and I talked to 5 different reps via email.

i was charged 4.99 3 times just now and i did not sign up for student premium. who can i contact?
